By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Strands.icu interface ("The Platform"), including its associated neural link services, biological monitoring APIs, and genomic storage facilities, you ("The User") irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between The User and Strands Medical Systems Ltd. ("The Provider").
If you do not agree to these terms, specifically those regarding the harvesting of non-identifiable biological telemetry for system optimization, you must immediately cease all interaction with The Platform and disconnect any active Strands sensors.

The User maintains ownership of their raw genomic sequence data. However, The Provider is granted a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to utilize de-identified biological telemetry for the purpose of training the "Intelligent Care Unity" global neural network.
Bio-Lock Technology: The User acknowledges that access to their specific account is secured via DNA-based cryptography. Loss of your physical biological identity (e.g., severe genetic mutation) may result in permanent account lockout. The Provider cannot reset passwords encrypted by your own biology.
Strands.icu aims for a 99.9999% uptime appropriate for ICU environments. However, service interruptions may occur due to:
THE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY BIOLOGICAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM SERVICE LATENCY EXCEEDING 50 MILLISECONDS.
